A Wild Way to Plan

Orchestrating a seamless multi-park journey through real-time chaos

Navigating multiple parks, shifting crowds, and sudden downpours can turn a dream trip into a logistical ordeal. I designed 3 app features to orchestrate this chaos—integrating weather-responsive content, multi-modal transport routing, and intelligent itinerary logic (in-dev) into a single interface. By architecting a system that adapts to specific visitor needs, I replaced the stress of planning with a personalized experience where every adventure feels intentional, all underpinned by a robust component library built for a growing ecosystem.

Redefining Tax Refunds

Maximising value in global tax-refund lifecycle

Tax refunds are notoriously opaque and high-friction. I overhauled a fragmented, multi-app tax refund process into a seamless web experience. By eliminating the app-download barrier and the dependency on manual store approvals, I collapsed a tedious and long ordeal into just 4 intuitive steps.

To humanize dementia care robotics, I transformed a developer-led prototype into an empathetic healthcare-ready tool.
